AZ Axle Medic specializes in axle eye and spindle repair for commercial trucks, including heavy-duty semis. We offer 24/7 roadside assistance across the Southwest USA, covering the greater Phoenix and Las Vegas metro areas.

Before commencing any repair work, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of services and associated costs. Work begins only after obtaining written or verbal authorization from the client.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved checks. Invoices not settled within 30 days may incur late fees.

We stand by the quality of our repairs, offering a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on parts and labor. This warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

While we strive for excellence, AZ Axle Medic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total cost of the services provided.

Towing and Roadside Assistance

Our 24/7 roadside services include towing, which may be subcontracted to trusted partners. Clients are responsible for all associated fees unless covered by a separate agreement.

Parts and Materials

We use high-quality parts for all repairs. Clients may request specific brands or supply their own parts, but AZ Axle Medic does not warranty client-supplied parts.

Vehicles not collected within 3 days of service completion may incur daily storage fees. Unclaimed vehicles after 30 days may be subject to lien sales as per Arizona state law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maricopa County.

Amendments

AZ Axle Medic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to service engagement.
